30-day returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@novatechelecinc.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll send a return label and instructions.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned item.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
